I was wandering around Daggerfall City and happened upon a curious character named Thaik. After referencing the UESP Wiki it appears that Thaik has not been recorded as being "in game" as of yet.

Spoiler:
Thaik is located in a red house just southwest of the Mages guild on the west side of the city.


I saved some screenshots if anyone is interested and knows where I can upload or have them linked.

Daggerfall is primarily random-generated. The reason Thaik is not logged in the UESP can be attributed to the fact that he may/is randomly generated.
