Hey everyone, this is more directed to Mods and Admins

If you want to add to the wiki, but have zero wiki skills, do you submit the info and have a more skilled member add it for you? What's the procedure?

You can always ask one of the mentors for help: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/UESPWiki:Mentor_Program They can often be found in the chatroom, or leave them a message.
You may also find pages like this helpful.

Should I email the Mentor?

You could do, or leave them a message on their talk page (click on the link beside the name in the list).

Yes, I saw that, and was slightly confused.

The talk page, it is just a regular wiki page as far as I saw. To ask questions do I edit the actual page? (thanks for all the help btw)

Yes you do. Just click edit, add in your question at the bottom with ~~~~ afterwards (automatically generates your username, etc. Used as the signature to show who did it), then click preview so you can make sure it still looks okay. They're notified when anyone makes an edit. Once you're sure you're done, click "Save Changes" and there you go.
