I didn't know where to put this topic, but i was wondering how to change my avatar because when ever i go to the avatar area in the control panel it says that the avatar function is currently unavailable or something like that. |

For future reference, this should be in UESP site. Once you have a post count of at least 10 and have been here for at least a week, you will be able to have an avatar, PM people, and post links. Or you can have a mod unlock those features for you now, if necessary. It's to weed out spambots. Since you haven't mentioned any free electronics or other products yet, I think you're free of suspicion.
