I didn't know where to put this topic, but i was wondering how to change my avatar because when ever i go to the avatar area in the control panel it says that the avatar function is currently unavailable or something like that.

For future reference, this should be in UESP site.
Once you have a post count of at least 10 and have been here for at least a week, you will be able to have an avatar, PM people, and post links. Or you can have a mod unlock those features for you now, if necessary. It's to weed out spambots. Since you haven't mentioned any free electronics or other products yet, I think you're free of suspicion. :wink:
