 Post subject: A Censor?

I just noticed that when you put I-M together the forum changes it to "I'm".

I say it's a censor because in that's how forums replace words, so I-M would be replaced with I'm.

I think you can view it if you quote or edit a post.

IM

If you can, that should say I-M without the hyphen.

I find it strange too, maybe someone tried to implement something so people won't forget the apostrophe.

Maybe they did with don't.

It's like Microsoft word's and its annoying word corrections are taking over the world! Sometimes we spell things wrong intentionally bill gates! We know how to use spell check!

Didn't Vargon tell you he was messing around with the censor to try and help stop bad grammar? At least that's what I think this is about......

Yeah, I added that to the censor. Firstly, I wanted to see if it would work like it did on a large scale, and secondly, I thought it might make some peoples' messages clearer. Also, I was incredibly bored that day, so was trying to improve something that didn't really need improving.

No, but I think it's asked to be a bit clear as a common courtesy.

@ Vargon, I can understand, I once did the same thing. Made all of the 'h's into 'f's.
