I was looking for an open source map, I know google maps has an API but that requires you already having a domain... So was wondering if anybody knows of an easy to make/use interactive map? Don't want to have to do this through coding so was hoping I could plug in a background tileset or background picture, and just click to add a note/location...

I'm afraid this is isn't directly related to the UESP map, and even if it was, no one here, I think, could help.

The administrators on the Wiki made it, ask Nephele or another administrator on how they got the map but that's all I can say.
Or perhaps look into it, also, please move this to General if this topic doesn't fit.

This isn't a direct answer, but the page UESPWiki:Oblivion_Map_Design (sorry - can't post URLs because I don't use the forums enough) describes how it was done.
