If the polls are broken, then it's probably the layout and is an easy fix. We had this problem before. If it's not fixed later I'll give Dave a message, but he's been checking in lately so he might beat me to it!

A couple of things:

1. There is extra horizontal space when browsing the forums.

2. There's an 'x' next to the search bar that does nothing.

It does do something, it clears anything you currently entered into the bar.

I don't know about the first one, but the second one clears whatever you have typed into the google search bar.

Ah okay, I see what you mean. I thought you meant an additional horizontal line space. I think it suits newer PCs better that way, which may just reflect changing with the times.

Since my PC is currently not booting up due to a virus, I've been using my laptop more, which is only 1024x768.

It only does it in threads which have the long pictures in them, the rest are normal sized. I believe it's been like this since I started, so nothing new.

It was not a departure, as you are here now. It is more of a better use of GF time. ...although, she does have to share once in a while, and let you have a little UESP time.
