Avatar Uploading Problem

Well I had to Sign back up for these forums and i found out i cant upload an Avatar.

You need to become a registered user. Try talking to a mod.

Due to precautions concerning bots and such, you need to be a member for 7 full days AND have 10 counted posts - that's the normal case. But anyone asking will be added to "Confirmed users"... goes for you too, Oenen. I'll add you there, you should have Avatar and PMs and everything in no time.

As far as I remember, in order to get the right to upload an avatar, you need to make at least 7 (or 10, I am not sure, maybe others will tell you more surely) posts in the forum sections devoted to TES games (except Skyrim).
