I can't seem to find the gripes section for Oblivion. Has it been removed or do I simply lack the ability to navigate the site?

It seems that the page has been deleted. Probably due to the fact that Oblivion is about four years old in 20 days; so complaining won't do much now.

Yeah I was looking for that page a while ago. There was some interesting stuff in that article.
