phpBB Critical Error

I seem to be getting this a lot lately. Anyone know what's going on?

The MySQL database might be taking a toll right now.
Or has been.
I've gotten that once.

I've been getting it as well. It's extremely annoying but it tends to go away within a minute or so, so I've never let it bother me too much. I honestly have no idea what causes it. I'm not very savvy when it comes to stuff like that.

Nephele has been working on the servers of late, so it could be that.
