So Bethesda has just released Redguard, Battlespire and Morrowind on GOG.com, as well as games in the Fallout and Doom franchises. As a bonus, if you purchase any Bethesda game, you will receive The Elder Scrolls: Arena and Daggerfall for free! This may be a good opportunity for those of you who have been waiting for just such an occassion to round out your TES game collection.

Thanks for the tip, Knight Captain Kerr!

Big news. Here's a shameless plug if anyone wants to help out with the Battlespire or Redguard wiki project.

FINALLY! You know how long I've wanted to play Battlespire and Redguard? :)

Ok this is really tempting. Especially the redguard and battlespire.

Oh also what is that monster? Is it one of azura's twilight demons? Or is that a new creature? If the former how come it has a human body i thought twilights only had human heads

I'm happy it finally happened, I've been hoping Bethesda would release games on GOG for a while now. But I have to say, I didn't expect them to release Redguard and Battlespire, nice to finally have them in my library.

Arena and Daggerfall are good to have there too. Games are already freeware so there's no reason not to have them.

That's a CyberDemon, dude!

Or if you mean on the left, I believe that is Battlespire's version of a Dark Seducer.

It's one of Dagon's Dark Seducers. They're interesting NPCs, and they differ in form and function from the Mazken of the Shivering Isles.

Should we update the Morrowind page to reflect that it's now available from Steam and GOG?

The Daedric Crescent from Morrowind is the only one to survive the events of Battlespire. There were hundreds of identical blades created by Mehrunes Dagon especially for the invasion, and the crescent blade serves as that game's icon.

Now that I own a laptop that can run it without attempting to summon Mehrunes Dagon and Molag Bal, I shall pick up Arena to Morrowind at some point and if the wiki needs help, then I, the Dovah, shall not promise to help as I will most likely forget but will try to keep an eye on anything whilst playing those games. The spin offs, I mean.

Also, Fallout 1-Tatics are completely different to modern Fallout games. They are 2D turned based RPGs that don't tolerate mistakes. That and you can shoot people in the groin and eyes. Also, if you do create an account with GOG, you get 4 free games! :) Granted, some may be a bit meh but some are considered classics. Such as Ultima pre EA's murder of the franchise, erm.. .actually, that's pretty much it when I signed up.

Each Fallout game is 500MB and comes with manuals, sound tracks, avatars and I think, icons. Check out the Fallout thread in Multimedia!

I already had Arena and Daggerfall, but I grabbed Battlespire and Redguard up the second I saw you could buy them. It's a pity I can't find any way to play Stormhold, Shadowkey, and the other mobile games, but I'm so happy Battlespire and Redguard are easy to attain now.
