Yes. Dean was only ever pink. I think there were a couple others that decided it wasn't for them while a TPM.

No, Dean was green, he and General got promoted at the same time, if my memory isn't betraying me. Back in the olden days. But I think there was a TPM or two before that who stayed only pink.
