Hey everyone!

We decided to try a "Screenshot of the Week" on the social media pages, highlighting some amazing shots from the community. You might already be familiar with the Wiki's Featured Images section, but this is a great opportunity for you to show off some of your great captures. Whether it's from Skyrim or Morrowind, Redguard or Daggerfall, and whether you're a forum user or a wiki user, we want to show it off! (And we'll give you credit! Better get ready to be famous.)

To volunteer your screenshot, please PM or e-mail either the image file or a link to me with the subject line "Screenshot of the Week." We only ask that you try not to capture things with major spoilers, and if it does have a spoiler big or small, please indicate in the body of the message for consideration. If it includes DLC or a game mod that changes the world noticeably, also note that. And feel free to give a few lines about your image as well!

Sort of! Dovahkiin was nice enough to volunteer screenshots for the banner. Screenshots of the week will be posted and shared for discussion. We'll be starting Monday!

Can I submit my images that are featured images (I've only managed to see one featured, so the previous plural was unnecessary, I guess)?

Anything that isn't listed as a featured image in the wiki is fair game. Those are already in the spotlight, so these are for other people's talents to shine.

What if an image later becomes a featured image after I recommend it here, will it be retroactively removed from this thing?

I suppose not. The intention is to share parts from the whole community and all its members equally. I would prefer not to share featured images, but if it later becomes one, well, I guess the social media is a good way to achieve glory.
