Odd question. If I play Tales of Tribute with multiple characters, I may get these scraps on multiple characters. Do they all have to be consumed by the same character? Or is it account-wide as long as a total of 10 are consumed?

Followup. I found a workaround using the Filters on the map. Survey map locations often spread the nodes enough to produce multiple pins in the same immediate area. But it would be nice to have durable, user-defined location, map pins
