Is there a mod that makes bystanders either flee or fight back when the assassins attack you? It feels absolutely bizarre getting attacked in a Mages or Fighters Guild and having the NPCs just ignore it.

LOL I'm a doofus, everything I wanted was in the "Optional Files" download on Nexus Mods, right below the download button for Rebirth.

So an update - I think Julan's pathfinding was broken because I was using the Boots of Blinding Speed. Started a new game last night with the Run Like The Wind mod (makes running speed much faster for both PC and NPCs), and he was following me just fine.

Oh wow, thanks! I didn't realize load order worked like that, I figured OpenMW would just load them in the order listed in openmw.cfg.

Honestly this is similar to my experience - the game's behavior WRT owned and stolen items seems not just unintuitive, but also really inconsistent. Okay new problem... after the Cavern of the Incarnate and Julan teleporting away, I clearly need to talk to Shani, but she isn't in the healer's tent at Ahemmusa camp. Where is she? If she's supposed to be there, is there a way to make her appear with console commands?

Ah, found a workaround! Issue was I needed to talk to Shani, and obviously couldn't because she was obscured by Julan. Telling Julan to stay outside let her materialize visibly so I could get the needed dialogue.

Ah thanks, interesting. I missed the place in Sayda Neen because I just head straight to Belmora by stilt strider.

Really wish the game offered more than one recall mark TBH. Maybe there's a mod for that.

Ah, an update... I just learned about ToggleFullHelp and turned it on. Turns out the "guest rooms" are not, the wiki is wrong - the containers in them belong to the apprentice Orrent Geontene, not the entire Guild.
