I'm going to side with ol' Mankar Camoran on this one. Lorkhan never fully died because he wasn't Aedra - he's Daedra. Or at least partly Daedra - the part that survives as the moons, Masser and Secunda.
Mankar Camoran also said that Nirn was a Daedric realm in oblivion, making Shezzar, Shor ...

Re: Good lore-friendly armour/weapon mods?
Thanks for replies! Well, no can do then. I stick to my trusty Kvatch armor then. Too bad the steel sword is useless after lvl 10 or so, because it's the best-looking weapon in the game IMO.

Re: How Dead is Lorkhan?
From what I understand, the last we've seen of any sort of conscious Lorkhan/Lorkhan avatar being/spirit is the 'spirit of Shor' who took part in the war of red mountain and ritualistically had his heart torn out by the Nerevar. So not that dead is I guess the best way to put it. Certainly not as ...

Re: What's the Difference between a Battlemage and a Spellsw
I agree. Battlemage is more using magic to attack, whereas a spellsword uses magic and one-handed.
That's just my guess too though, I have no knowledge if it's true or not.
I use destruction magic and one-handed, so I presume that would be a spellsword.
And I use restoration magic and a mace so I ...

What's the Difference between a Battlemage and a Spellsword?
The Lore doesn't tend to separate the two, and at times it seems like Sorcerers and Battlemages get confounded as well...

Re: Good lore-friendly armour/weapon mods?
Well Oblivion was and is the Derpiest elder scrolls game in creation so it's not like you're going to be missing out on that much with or without an armor mod...
There's the Silmarillion Armor Mod that's.... iffy... on the realism... that said,
Most of Oblivion's weapons actually are historically ...

Oh god... I don't even have a picture of my old Nord in Morrowind, but I remember his name...

And a Dunmer named Daxus Nervion.
One of them was a goody two shoes who did no wrong...

Re: Elf Reincarnation?
It's not reincarnation as your trying to paint it.. what you talking about precisely is how the masses of souls that are recycled in Aetherius that have not found an afterlife.. be it Daedric or any other Some souls do not stay in Aetherius, but enter the so-called Dreamsleeve to be recycled. Not ...

Re: The 'What You Did in Skyrim Today' Thread
I murdered a housecat on the road from Markarth to Whiterun in cold blood for his Elven sword.... and when he died all his friends just sort of blew the whole thing off and walked away.
And then I felt bad, so I reloaded my save file and slept with Gerdur in Riverwood while Hod watched...

Elf Reincarnation?
I was reading a discussion page on here recently that brought up the afterlife as understood by Redguards, i.e. the Far Shore, in it someone said that the Redguards are similar to the Altmer in religion (which is true... to... a small extent) because they believe in Reincarnation.
