CTD when saving the game
So I'm not sure where this should be on the forum, but this seems like a likely place. I've been playing Skyrim with many mods (Legendary Edition, not Special Edition) and I've encountered a strange problem; the game crashes to desktop whenever I save. I can play the game perfectly fine, there isn't ...

Odd, no wispmother for me either. Must have broken. It's a shame that would have been cool.

I did a very brief search on the wiki for it, but wasn't able to find the answers. As one enters the Rift through the track that begins

Reckon running in compatibility mode would change any of that? I am on windows 10 so it makes sense.

Oblivion CS Crash
I'm trying to mod in some old characters into a current character's playthrough; however whenever I get to creating the face in the CS where you can see the actual face rendered the CS crashes. Every time. Without fail. Is there a way to fix that or is it just my PC being rubbish?

Re: Do cities feel small in Skyrim for you too?
Just a personal head-canon; I always considered Skyrim as not really having 'cities' in each hold. Solitude is certainly a city; Markarth too and to a lesser extent Riften. However places like Whiterun and Windhelm I considered more as castles or Holdfasts, with the Palace of Kings or Dragonsreach ...

You, sir, have summed up this situation perfectly. Frankly I was bored and overthought.Tingz0r wrote:Once I learned that the sun is actually an oozing hole in the sky, I threw all attempts to think about TES's physics out the window.

Tectonic Plates and 'Continental' drift in Tamriel
The Geography and Geology of Tamriel is a rather strange subject. It occurred to me that many of the borders between the various provinces of Tamriel are defined by towering mountain ranges and although this is easily explainable from a game design point of view (To restrict the player to the ...

Re: Next Character
I've always had a thing for those duelist type characters. I generally keep them under the warrior archetype, but essentially a decent (quick) one handed weapon and light armour, dodging blows, think of Bronn from Game of Thrones. Redguards seem to work well with that sort of style.

Re: The Molag Bal Game XVIII
A wonderful morning was interrupted as Emzaah noticed the sick colour of the sky. Clearing his eyes to ensure it wasn't dust or something equally ridiculous, he began to dress. Finishing this, he went to step outside, stopping in his tracks as he heard the great voice fron the sky. "By all I hold ...

You could mess with their stats rather than yours I believe. However, I'm more familiar with Oblivion's console myself. The wiki has a lot of useful commands, try looking there.

Have you tried simply tai (toggleAI), it basically shuts an NPC down, individually.

Faeth and Arnand
The 4th guard whimpered, before launching a half hearted lunge with his sword. His strength had left him. Faeth's spells were partially successful, one of the men; the one who had fallen to the lightning bolt, coughed and sat up, a blue haze over his eyes. The man who had been ...
