Re: Stealth Overpowered
@Eltee
So I the only way to have fun is to cripple yourself on purpose. Hmm, I thought rpgs were about growing your character, but evidently that is wrong. If you have to remove parts of the game just to keep from roflstomping everyone and everything while playing normally, what is the point of ...

Mods and Bethesda
There"s something that I've noticed while on this forum and around the net. When ever there is a problem in a tes game, the first thing people say is mods will fix it. As far as I know, they are the only company that has a modding community that will fix problems they "forgot" to fix. I think they ...

No idea, if someone breaks in.they most likely defend your house unless they leave or asleep i guess. Maybe it only happens in low rank cities.

Warning: Npc's can rob your house
Was on the Skyrim sub reddit and a user had returned to his house to find a guard there. The guard had told him that there was a robbery and some of his items were gone. After checking one of his containers, he found that items had been removed. Another mentioned that he saw a begger leaving his ...

Rebels fo sho. Seems to me their fighting for independence, like real world countries. Empires more like trying to stomp out a rebellion.

Any ideas on how damage is calculated?
Since attributes have be reworked, I am wondering how the damage for spells and weapons play out in the game. Also, how perks and skills effect them. For example, if I get the fireball spell and it does 10 damage uncharged and 25 charged. Will the base damage increase if I raise my destruction lvl ...

Maximum number of perks?
I am confused about the maximum number of perks available in one playthrough. I keep hearing mixed information about whether perks stop at 50 or the estimated cap of 70. Personally I believe that 50 is a little low considering that each perk tree can have up to 18 perks, with levels with in the perk ...

Lvl 50 dungeons
Do you thing that Skyrim will have dungeons or encounters made specifically for high level players? Like with the giant spiders, maybe you will have to kill the giant spider queen. You have to travel through a large cave killing spiders till you get to her, ending in a epic battle. As a reward you ...

Re: What"s your weapon's name?
I put soul trap on all my weapons and I use Azura's star so I have almost infinite recharges. Even if I run out i can just cast soul trap to start the cycle again. The only thing thats a pain is black soul gems because I don't get grand soul gems in my usual raid places.

Re: Going on child murdering rampage?
First of all, hardly "everyone" is arguing that there be killable children in the game. The more popular idea seems to be either including killable children or abandoning the idea of children altogether as their invincibility outweighs the immersion they add by being present.
The comparison of ...

Re: Going on child murdering rampage?
I don't like how everyone uses immersion as an excuse for to add or take away everything. If I wanted to play a rapist and used immersion as an excuse so I could molest women in game, I be looked at funny. But going around clubbing kids like baby harp seals is ok :| ? I just say any time you try hit ...

Re: Going on child murdering rampage?
Wtf is wrong with you people? Using "immersion" as an excuse for killing children is bull. The fact is killing children will not and should not be excepted. Even if you could the disposition all npcs should be locked at 0 and you should marked to be killed on site in all cities. Forcing you to ...

don't understand how alchemy helps you do more damage? Are you talking about using it to make damage-enhancing potions?
