The only thing I can say I might "force level" would be alchemy, although making potions is pretty useful for trading.

I don't grind in any games anymore, but this reminded me of my grinding sessions in Oblivion, particularly turning the difficulty all the way up and punching sheep to raise unarmed. Good times (not).
