I can't get the metal gates to open to lead Umbacano into the throne room chanber to finish the quest. I have tried reloading several times from a save point right outside Nenalata. Is there a code to that I can type in to make the gates open.

my son started his own game and the problem is this:
when he looks at a plant like corkbulb root all it shows is a bunch of question marks instead of what it can be used for like fortify luck. what is it that he needs to read or do.
