It looks like very low res textures overlap the high res textures and they are misplaced, like the wall on the left side of the screen. Probably mod related but how do you call this? Texture/meshes misplacement glitch, bug, etc.

I'm a complete and utter digital Luddite, but the low-res textures I see in that picture look like what you see in a regular unmodded game, with relation to draw distance & resolution. Objects that are further away are rendered in less detail, but become increasing high-res as you get closer. Obviously, your case isn't directly related to pure draw distance, because some closer panels are less rendered than some more distant ones. However, if you have mods installed that tinker with the game's native draw distance, that might be something to look at, as the program's ability to read true draw distance might be slightly scrambled.

Thanks for your reply, it does look like far away textures are rendered wrong. Disabling RAEVWD did not help though. But disabling "minimap hud" solved the problem. But I'm not quite sure how, because this mod shouldn't touch my textures.
