I need role-playing ideas

I know this is going to sound lame, but oh well lol. But anyway Ive read about peoples characters on here and they have bio's of their characters and I want to know if those are stories they made up and acted out ( I guess that's literally role-playing lol) and if that's the case could you guys list some ideas that I could use, because it actually sounds kinda fun!

I just made one today that is pretty fun. I have a khajiit and I have them use light armor, athletics, marksman, and hand to hand along with others, and I sneak around and usually hit enemies with my bow but when they get in range, I drop the bow, and pull out the fists. Some of the gauntlets look like there are claws on them, which makes it especially cool, and the two khajiit special powers make it more in depth. I'm making my person like a hunter, so right now they have all fur armor from some banits, and it's very fun to take down a bandit when its fists vs a warhammer :lol:

One of my favorite things to do: Make a race that doesn't have a lot of last names (Redguard, Bosmer, Altmer, Nord) and choose a few people and pretend they are your relatives. Example: Umbacano is my Grandfather. It can be interesting, helping them in a battle, doing their quests, etc. And if they have a scripted death, or just a normal one, make a funeral and have people attend (Command Huminoid) and honor them somehow.

Role-playing can be fun, but you need to make sure you don't start to act out of character, like fast traveling from one end of the city to the other.

yea that doesn't sound that bad.... I've never used anything other than an Imperial or Nord... I've never seen a big cat, lizard, or Orc save they day lol but I think I'll try them out.

Man I have oblivion on the 360, but since Ive joined this site I've read about all of the differences from pc to XBox ( like that command huminoid) and all the mods and now I can't even get myself to play on the xbox because it's getting old so that's why I asked for some ideas until I can get it on pc!!

The command humanoid spell is on all platforms for oblivion.

I generally make charactors that are mostly the same...

my aragorn and my robin hood charactors were almost the same... except robin gave moeny to beggars.

I made a mercenary class, i wore a mix or light and heavy armor and carried chillrend. I did odd jobs (fighters guild) and i slowly exterminated all the bandits in the land

vampires... well those are simple

i feel your pain, TheScottyTurner, i got skyrim for ps3, and i cant have all the awesome cheats for it!

but, if you have oblivion for pc, you should be able to use cheats.
You can roleplay to be a god. You can make one up, or pretend to be a divine. you can also be a daedric prince.

just type in Tgm, and u got god mode!
