i need to find the the alchemy tools master level any help on what cave and level to get them

Conjurer Dungeons, they often have good alchemy equipment, and you can start finding it from level 17.

Location: Creeping into your bedroom when you are sleeping, just to taste your blood.
Master tools are randomly generated. Ive never seen them in a store anywhere, so I would take Leilah's advice and start searching Conjurer's Hideouts after Level 17.

there is no sure fire way to get any high level items (aside from elven armor) in this game, they did that to keep it balanced. anything like that is randomly generated, but yes, your best bet was mentioned above.

Also try necromancer dungeons. They are the best places to find master equipment, along with the conjurer dungeons.

I actually picked up a Master Morter & Pestle, and Master Alembic, last night, when I was going thru Dagon's Shrine and found them in a chest.
