Let me clarify even further: neither deity(as far as I know) is even mentioned in Oblivion, but the books play fairly prominent roles. Especially one of them. -hinthint-

Valen Dreth has some derogatory comment to make about every single race in the game, including his own. If you can find someone worse than that, I'd like to hear about it.

Valen Dreth just seems to hate everyone. I doubt he cares about race at all, even though he does "tailor" his comments per race. He is all just about spitting out vitriol.

I agree with Mayong Mistmoore, and there are quite a few to choose from. Nasty is nasty, it doesn't need rating!
