New riddle:

8 here increase with what you do,
4 more will never go; their time is never due.

The writings here were not lazy,
but many will admit they were kind of ■■■■■.

Are they some sort of spell or effect?

Peryite's Shrine?

Negatives. For reference, you are looking for a "where".

SI?

The location is in the Shivering Isles, so you are technically correct (which is the best kind of correct), but just too vague for me to say "Yes".

Hmm well, I'll give it one more go before I'll admit that you got meXD
Is it Xaselm? I say this because: Relmyna has test subjects she constanly resurrects(their time is never due), and Relmyna's writings in her journals are well thought out(not lazy) and quite crazy. This could also apply to dialogue with Relmyna.

The New Sheoth Graveyard?
I haven't counted, but there are some tombstones that will appear for some citicens of New Sheoth if they get killed, as well as some that won't appear because the NPCs they are meant for are essentiall and cannot die ("their time is never due").

Very nice! (I had forgotten about this )

But yes, you are correct! Your turn SarthesArai :D

Oh, I'm no good at creating riddles, may someone else take the turn?

Turn out I DO have one, and it even rhymes:

The dead walking next to noble neighbors,
gone missing is the master.
You'll find lost histories nearby,
after nearly escaping desaster.

Nerastarel's House? Great little building: Lovely exterior, high-end neighbourhood, and the other tenants are spectral so you don't ever have to worry about bumping into them! (I could sell water to a fish 8) )

You're right, it was too easy it seems... xD

I just have a thing for odd houses (I have a "hobo build" where I live in the Imperial sewers).
New riddle:

I'm on the the slab but I don't belong
unless all you do is follow along.

Don't just take and leave me to stay,
Or I'll get killed in an unusual way.

Jeelius

Next one

At this place, two hearts are found.
If your's is true, what will you do?
In a chest or on the ground.
One for gold, one possessed.
The one you choose will be the best.

Well I obviously don't need to tell you, but I'll do it anyway... Correct! :D

As to your riddle: Two Sides of the Coin?

Bogwater?
It's the place where The Renegade Shadowscale takes place. (And it seems you're looking for a location)
You can choose between Scar-Tail's heart, which he possesses in hist chest (obviously), or the one of a dead argonian agent lying on the ground (Scar-Tail shares the location of some treasure (gold) if you spare him).

Nobody's made a puzzle yet, so I guess I'll have a go:

Alas, nobody remembers how to spell my name
Not the ones with the smallest coinpurse
Nor the ones with the smallest brains

First thing that comes to mind is Lelle's Quality Mercandise[sic].

Post subject:  Re: Oblivion Trivia!!!

Smallest coinpurse, smallest brains...something to do with beggars? Beggars with brain rot perhaps? There's only one of those, and that's Nigidius the Needy. But I still don't know what the misspelling is supposed to be.
