 Post subject: Failed to load snowflake: Meshes\BM_Snow_01.nif.

ES Games: Oblivion, Morrowind, Skyrim

Status: Not murdering anyone, as far as you know.

Anybody know what the cause of this error is? It appears frequently when I try to load the game, the only thing that temporarily fixes it can be removing and reinstalling, but that takes a long time and doesn't even work most of the time.

Probably the most encountered bug ever. Run MW as an administrator, should fix it.

That's odd. I already am an administrator, is there anything specific I need to do or any other known causes of the error?

No, I mean actually run it as an admin. There's a difference. Go into the properties for your MW shortcut and go to comparability mode and check RUn as Administrator. Then run it and report back. :D

Ctually, do the above only if this works: right click > run as administrator.

I really wish I would've gone directly here after encountering the problem, such a simple solution, and I spent literally all day trying to fix it.
