 Post subject: Wolf queen awakened courier issue

Let me start by saying that i'm sorry if this issue was already a previous topic but i'm new to the forums here and i couldn't find any topics related to this one.

So as the subject states I'm having the issue where the courier from Falk Firebeard never shows up after completing "man who cried wolf." I know this is caused by me being level 81 ( I didn't use oghma infinium glitch) but i was wondering if there are any fixes for this on xbox.

Status: I have a pulse; it's a good day.
Seeing as how the quest is activated by leveling up, and you can't level up any more, I'd say you're stuck. Sorry.
