This is really needed.

I'd prefer getting ragdolled than getting disarmed.

At least getting disarmed doesn't lead to getting stuck in geometry and awkward animations half the time. Also, certain parts of the Forbidden Legend quest at high levels see you getting knocked on your ass almost as soon as you manage to get back up if you can't find a pillar or something to hide behind.

Ever get disarmed in a huge area? You run the risk of not being able to find your valuable weapons; or worse, having them clip through the ground and becoming irretrievable.
I still think getting disarmed is worse. Getting thrown about by a Fus Ro Dah is really funny to me, but I realize that's not for everyone. Instead of getting a mod, you could just buff up your magic resistance with the appropriate enchantments.

At least you can't be disarmed after level 30. Level 30 is the cut off, or is it 35? Either way, that's the cut off. And a easy one to reach at that.

I wasn't aware that resist magic could effect it. What about that enchantment that doesn't let you get staggered?

I don't believe there is one. Just go for resist magic, I think.
But you can always talk to Paarthurnax. He offers a buff that reduces force applied against you, once you get far enough into the storyline.
