Tin. What it says on. As unsatisfying as the marriage system is, who did you, or will you, settle on?

Right now I'm torn between two frontrunners:

Idgrod the Younger, of Morthal
Ingun Black-Briar, of Riften

Ingun is from a rich and powerful clan, plus she hates her mother, like I do. She's fairly cute and she's really smart, and she seems like a perfect catch. Idgrod is also a damn fine mix of brains and body. She's a Jarl's daughter, which is great, but Morthal is a backwater berg and it's probably not as prestigious as being married to a Black-Briar. However, I like Morthal (close to the water, moody swamp, lots of vampires) and it's in a nice geographic location, being basically a suburb of the Greater Solitude metropolitan area. Plus her family's kinda crazy, which I like, so sue me. Any thoughts?

I don't believe either of them can be married.

Neither of those two is in the Wiki list potential marriage partners.

Njada Stonearm. I dig her smashmouth attitude and [&@%!]in' body paint. All she needed was the right tiger tamer. Plus she's a beast in a fight, and uses her extra upper body strength to give great... massages.

If you're playing on PC, you can use the "addtofaction" console code to make NPCs potential followers and potential marriage partners. Go find them, hit "~", then select them with a mouse click. Next, type in:

addtofaction 19809 1 (for marriage)
addtofaction 5C84D 1 (for following)

And hit enter. I've noticed, with Idgrod at least, that you may have to add them to BOTH factions before they'll respond to your courtship offers. You may also have to use the console to mod their disposition, depending on whether you've done their (or if they even have a) radiant quest.

Sadly, I haven't figured out a way to marry Babette yet. And dragons are right out. :?

My Cassie ( <-- see avatar) has a crush on Yngvar the Singer. A bard-turned-prison guard? A man who can hold another's heart with his words— or his blood-soaked hands.

I guess I could see that, Yngvar does give off a certain Phil Anselmo/ "I'm the lead singer of a badass Nord metal band" vibe. I don't think he's washed his face in years, though!

I wish I could marry Cicero. Nothing sexier than a psychotic killer with a sense of humor and impeccable taste in attire.

The court wizard in Riften. I can't remember her name, but she is tactless, scatterbrained, forgetful and completely adorable.

I was tempted for Isolda, but now that I know I can console-change people into marriage candidates, it HAS to be Rolof, the Nord I escaped with in the beginning.

I'll marry Erandur, but don't they become mortal after marriage? I'm afraid I'll have to lock him up in one of my houses

It was a hard fight between Muiri and Ysolda, and I chose Muiri :) Although

Spoiler:
I always "think" her performing the Black Sacrament... A wife with dark "secret" :)

In the end, the reason for choosing Muiri was that it always makes my day when seeing Ysolda wandering around Whiterun carrying flowers in a basket. If I would marry her, she would voluntarily locked herself in the house and I would never see that again. Some - if not all - birds are more beautiful when flying free :)

If I would be member of PC Master Race, there would be many other fine canditates, including the mentioned Ingun Black-Briar.

I married Scouts-Many-Marshes...

It's a little silly, but somehow I see him as a sort of quiet freedom fighter for the under-stated plight of the Argonians in Skyrim. He's smart enough to know there's nothing he can do about it right now (except steal a little bit of cargo now and then to really stick it to the man) with only five of them there, but he makes sure that the Argonians at least, stay united.

If I had a PC though I would completely marry Brand-Shei on one of my characters. He's by far the most adorable Dunmer in the game, and so interesting.

I must make some additions to my previous post. First, I really feel sorry for Sylgia, and I would marry her, if I could change the miner's clothes she is wearing. The other possibility to mention is Mjoll, what a nice piece of Nordic woman :)

I married Gilfre. She is a tough imperial women who owns Mixwater Mill.

My char is a hunter and explorer and I am not completing the main storyline with him. I hunt in the woods and explore the mountains and caves. Then I travel home and store all my gear and spend the night in my warm bed. Now and then I travel to town and sell my loot and pelts and meat.

Now in my RP I am the owner of Mixwater Mill. The only prob is that dragons seem to respawn near me. I have a nice collection of dragon skeletons near my property. :D
