RIP most of the Orcs of Dushnik Yal. It was an honour to fight that Dwarven mechanic dragon alongside you. Thanks to your help Sylvaine Emrys has now unlocked her first dragon shout (with the Dragonstone still in her backpack; I guess I should find a mod that lets me sell quest items).

RIP Logrolf the Willful. It would have been kinder to leave you with my Forsworn friends, but what's a Daedra-worshipping witch supposed to do when Molag Bal asks her for a favour?

Finally, RIP Brother Verulus. Om nom nom.

RIP inhabitants of Dragon Bridge. I wonder if I can adopt that kid, since both of his parents were killed by a frost dragon...

RIP the people of Stonehills.
I needed your "help" getting those last few Vampire Lord perks. Thanks.

RIP several people in Windhelm that I've forgotten by now, with the main one being Elda Early-Dawn.
From-Blackest-Reaches was in a bad mood. You just made things worse.

Nearly RIP Ysolda. If you had not been marked essential, you probably would have died after repeatedly setting yourself on fire, trying to buy stuff from a market stall in flames after the Batte for Whiterun.

RIP my patience for this game for a couple of days.

Rolled a new character and Alduin never landed on the guard tower. He just circled overhead trolling while the Executioner stared at me. Not the first time I've encountered this glitch.

it's clearly a staring contest between you and the executioner pilaf, and Alduin got so interested in who would win that he just flew around watched.

That happened to me with Morrowind one time. Lightning stuck my X box, as unlikely as that seems. I was [&@%!].

RIP Master Vampire in Windhelm. The tale:

Sylmirie watched in a combination of fascination and horror, her jaw slightly gaped open. Her cat-like green eyes narrowed at the brutal sight of murder taking place. Idesa Sadri, the quiet and respectable Dunmer nanny of the Cruel-Sea family, fought with all her might against the Master Vampire. The Dunmer's body threw its force into the tiny iron dagger, as she stabbed the wicked monster brutality down to the ground. Never had Sylmirie watched the likes of such an act; a normally cowardly citizen win the battle with a vampire. Idesa's courage was worthy of an amused nod from the Dohvakiin, who swore she saw the Dunmer spit on the monster's bloodied body before she walked away.

Heh...this reminds me of the time I watched Lillith Maiden-Loom (one of the old ladies in Whiterun) tank a death hound and win. I just kinda gawked for a minute afterwards.

I've had Olava "the Feeble" slaughter a Vampire's Thrall with her dagger.
Complete with kill move.

RIP Gerdur, Hod, and Orgnar.
What the heck is with people in my game randomly going hostile for no good reason? Most people don't, but then those three come along and decide I need to be exterminated; I didn't even kill them myself. It was Alvor! And the Guards.

RIP unessential population of Rorikstead. I expected this to be a nice short visit - arrive, talk, get goat, talk again, leave. Little did I anticipate that my Forsworn buddies from Serpent's Bluff retreat, where I'd slept the night before, would pick that very day to attack the settlement, making it impossible to talk to anybody because they were either dead or running for their lives.

Most notably, RIP Erik never-to-be-the-Slayer-in-this-playthrough. You fought that Briarheart like a true hero and would probably still be doing so if I hadn't finished you myself - with a heavy heart, because I, the player, like you a lot, but I, the character, happen to be on the other side this time. Glory to the Forsworn!

Not yet RIP Ennis, because you're apparently essential even after I've brought your goat back and you've told me everything I have to know, you lucky bugger. Cosnach kept chasing you across the tundra for a long while after I'd given up because it was getting too dark to see where I was going. But don't feel too safe, I'll be back (and I've looked up your base ID :Twisted Evil: ).

RIP random Whiterun guard who had the nerve to attack me while I was a werewolf. You were tasty.

RIP Adrianne Avenicci. I liked you; I feel pretty awful about having to re-kill you after that master vampire turned you into his puppet. And now Ulfberth says the meanest things to me when I try to buy things from him... :(

Killed because he was carrying some nice ingredients.
Hey, Daedra Hearts aren't common. Especially when you're only Level 9 or so.

You mean this one? Yep, it's great! That one too, they go together well.
You don't happen to know of a mod that lets us transform into hagravens, do you? I'd endorse that from here to Aetherius.

I use the former. I'll have to check out theother one.

And I know how to do it with the console, but it isn't... playable. At all. I would love a mod like that. :P

RIP Angrenor Once-Honored. I'd even forgotten he was dead from a vampire attack until I tried to see how irritating it would be to escort Malborn all the way from the Thalmor Embassy to Windhelm (btw RIP Malborn like 50 times), and when we arrived in the city plaza, I stepped in a pile of ash and remembered that was all that was left of Angrenor.

Speaking of undignified ends, Belethor also turned up dead and naked on the streets of Whiterun. Something scandalous, I'm sure.

Umm... Asul once again had a little accident involving town full of people, a Dragon and a Vampire Lord. Well, what was he supposed to do? He was over-encumbered when the dragon showed up and thus he popped up the VL form without thinking and... yeah. Riften's going to be a bit quieter now since the way I play this character, I'm forbidden to load a previous save. Really should have summoned Avrak, gallop around the town and let the guards do the job >_< (EDIT: And I just now realized you're not able to do that so pretty much the only option I'd have had was to casually walk into a tavern or something, drop half of my equipment or try to fight while over-encumbered.)

Nura Snow-Shod

... Oops?

I need to be more careful in the future though or at this rate Asul runs out of all smiths in Skyrim.
Falkreath, Riverwood and now Riften.

'Tis a sad day for my assassin and her family. RIP Annekke Crag-Jumper, for you were the kindest, warmest, most beautiful nanny the family could ever ask for. You were cruelly beheaded by bandits defending Windstad Manor right in front of the very children you were helping raise. Such a shame you died by the hands of cowards, who surrounded you with their steel weapons as Felina rushed to your aid. She was unfortunately too late, barely able to send her children running to the marsh for their lives.

Come on, Bethesda! Did it have to be in the yard with the children?

It was a scary experience...even I will admit I was stung by your death. The family mourns your loss and wishes you well in Sovngarde. Where those bandits will not go...they go to Sithis to serve as slaves in the Void for their crime. Valdimar was hired to take your place as steward and the kids swiftly moved back to Breezehome for a temporary change of scenery, but your lovely presence will always remain part of the family.
