I'm surprised you didn't include your lovely screenshot of Cicero's corpse.

R.I.P. Three bandits. You were all too weak to live, that is why a psychotic wood elf jumped out of the woods screaming and killed all of you.

RIP Ondolemar. Yeah, I liked you that much that I posted your death by the Stormcloaks on here. I cannot believe this happened to you. Sylmirie saved your diamond ring and jeweled necklace for her collection so she will always have your spirit with her. Your dashing presence will be missed at Understone Keep. Stupid Stormcloaks, elf is going to have her revenge!

Noo Ondolemar! I'm really glad to see that some other people like him too (though at first I wanted to break his nose XD). He's the only Thalmor who's capable of treating you as a friend so he's special dammit!

RIP Adrianne Avenicci and Ulfberth War-Bear.
Both were killed in a Vampire attack on Whiterun.

RIP Uthgerd the Unbroken.
I accidentally killed you during a brawl. Got a kill move for no reason. No bounty, though. But I still want my 100 gold back.

Haha, that's awesome. I probably would have re-loaded, but just seeing that would have been a hell of a shock.

It was more of a moment of "lol wut" than anything.
I actually went to Windhelm, removed Rolff Stone-Fist's essential status, and then tried to get the incident with the kill move to happen again. I was disappointed when it didn't.
But, Vulom being the stealthy sort, will likely come up with some other way of disposing him.

Oh, and here I thought we were friends!

And as friends we naturally feel the discomfort that comes with seeing a friend liking someone, that in our opinion, is more than a little scummy. ;)

RIP Eydis & Leontius Salvius
Old Hroldan Inn
Azazel only wanted to ask from Eydis about the random ghost but had a dunderhead moment (actually the stupid controls happened) and grabbed a tankard instead. Eydis and Leontius both went nuts and tried to murder him. So he kinda ended up killing them.

RIP Lydia
Riverwood
After the deaths of Eydis and Leontius, the little brat Skuli decided to send Hired Thugs after Azazel. During the fight Azazel accidentally smacked recovering Lydia with his sword. Oops.

RIP a Majority of Kynesgrove.
A combination of a Legendary Dragon attack and my Werewolf rampage proved deadly.

I'm certain more NPC's faced the same fate, but I just can't remember who.

Vu Medomé: (Civil War spoilers)
Spoiler:
RIP Ulfric Stormcloak, who I executed on the 30th of Second Seed, 4E 203, but who was - mostly - an honorable and noble Nord. Not so Galmar Stone-Fist, detractor of the honorable Jarl Balgruuf and the courageous King Torygg, who I dispatched with ease and satisfaction.

Olonil: RIP Faendal, companion and mentor to me, who fell in Moss Mother Cave to a bear as I charged at the Spriggans ahead.

I really don't like it when NPCs die if it wasn't my doing, due to their scarcity, so I hope I don't post here often.

RIP blissfully ignorant farmers/travellers/and other unlucky road-users.

My mage was being chased by bandits.

He killed them all, but in his bloodlust he assumed that all nearby folk were also dangerous.

This is the only day in history that the Slighty West-from-centre lights shone brighter than the Northen ones.

Cos fireballs. Lots of fireballs.
