RIP Lydia. [&@%!] -slapped by a Blood Dragon as I dove down a waterfall. Really should've waited for me.

RIP Astrid. Suicide (more or less). [&@%!] was crazy.

RIP Septimus Signus. Bit off more than could be chewed. Astrid had nothing on you.

RIP Gabriella. Murdered. You had no personality whatsoever.

RIP Veezara. Murdered. A Shadowscale with a philosopher's heart.

RIP Lis. Murdered. You creeped the hell out of me and [&@%!] all over the place, but what a great garbage disposal.

RIP Arnbjorn. Neutered. You finally lost a fight.

RIP Festus. Turned into a pincushion. I really hope all those arrows were fired at the same time.

RIP Skjor. Killed in battle. Dude, you remember Aela? I totally hit that.

RIP Adelaisa Vendicci. Sacrificed. It was nothing personal, just business.

RIP Titus Mede II. Assassinated. Thanks for understanding.

RIP Louis Letrush. Double-crossed. Don't worry, there are plenty of spares.

RIP Vigilant Tyranus. Beheaded. Remember, you swung first.

RIP Logrolf the Willful. Tortured and killed. I think the Forsworn were going to go all Pulp Fiction on your old butt, so I probably did you a favor.

RIP Brother Verulus. Eaten. Tasted like chicken.

RIP Orchendor. Blown up. Dude, never steal from your dealer.

RIP Moira. Shot through the heart. You should've given me a divorce.

RIP Erandur. Betrayed. I will always remember the 30 gamerpoints you gave me.

RIP Ondolemar. Throat slit. You should've watched your mouth.

RIP Kodlak Whitemane. Murdered. I got you killed then totally read your diary. Sorry.

RIP Vigilance. Crushed during a surprise dragon attack. Should've been more vigilant.

RIP Mercer Frey. Smacked around like a little girl. You tool.

RIP Barbas. No, I didn't kill you, but you're dead to me anyways, you annoying little [&@%!].

^ Well, there's a lot of regrettable death in this game. That's an abridged list; I didn't even get to most of the DB targets.

RIP Idesa Sadri, Angrenor Once-Honored, Jora, Silda the Unseen, and Torbjorn Shatter-Shield. To quote a guard, "We need to do something about these vampire attacks."

RIP Madesi. Sigh. Oh Madesi. WHY DID YOU TRY TO FIGHT A DRAGON WITH A KNIFE?! Boooo....you were awesome. And my assassin's friend. She mourns over your loss. And the loss of your jewelery booth. She sold jewelery to you and you both traded items, and friendship. Your body was too heavy for her to drag to a nice location and burry you...and no one would help her. Poor, poor Madesi. You will be sorely missed!

RIP balimund, and a lot of other people I really don't care about. I don't even know what happened, I was just walking around solitude when a courier comes up and says you're all dead. I heard from others it might be vampire attacks but I'm a vampire.

Also rip Carlotta valentina in whiterun. Vampire side quest. I also killed nazeem, Lilith maiden loom, and the stables guy's son, just to frame the dawnguard. Three hired thugs came tight after that for killing nazeem, and all in all, a 5200 bounty was racked up. Then when I returned everyone knew it was me anyway, so it kinda defeats the purpose of a disguise, but I guess the game can't tell when I have a disguise on. But oh well it was still cool. And fun. Actually I felt bad about killing Carlotta because her kid asked her if they could go to the tavern to eat that night and carlotta said "yes my little angel" and then I had to kill her. She was the only "high profile" target I could find. And she sold food so I don't care about that. But I'm roleplaying an evil character so what can one do?

RIP Vigilant Tyranus.

You died by lightning bolt. Then again, it was either the lightning bolt, or the collision with the wall, table, and several pieces of clutter that did you in.

RIP Fralia Gray-Mane. Killed by a Werewolf that didn't have news of her son, Thorald.
RIP Nazeem. Killed by a Werewolf that, of course, didn't get to the Cloud District very often.
RIP Lillith Maiden-Loom. Killed by a Werewolf that didn't come to chat with her and do his good deed for the day.
RIP Olfina Gray-Mane. Killed by a Werewolf that couldn't stand the sight of a strong Nord woman.

I got to say the random vampire attacks are pretty awesome. Im level 49 and a vamp attack happened when I wasn't even there and it killed balimund, bolli, Edda, and every single damn guard In the town at least. I didn't check too hard.

R.I.P Filnjar, the blacksmith in Shor's Stone who decided to attack a spider before I could get to it.
R.I.P ALL the guards in Riften (and quite a few in surrounding villages of the Rift) who were target practice one night while I was bored.

Hmmm....mysterious death, eh? Wonder if they will ever find his killer. 8)

RIP random Orc hunter stronghold. I can't recall the name of it. But Sylmirie the Altmer just...had...a wild hair up herself and she felt like investigating your stronghold. She doesn't normally go out of her way killing people, but your guard was very rude to her and threatened to kill her. This elf doesn't take threats very lightly. May Malacath watch over your spirits.

Lydia died while helping me fight Potema in the Wolf Queen quest.

A follower I hired from Whiterun died in Bleak Falls Barrow. A dunmer warrior, I think.

Another hired follower, this time, from Windhelm died fighting a dragon.

Sigrid perished fighting a dragon that attacked Riverwood. My female Breton immediately moved in and appointed herself surrogate mother of Sigrid's child and helps Alvor at the smithing. May her spirit reign in Sovengarde. My Breton will care for your child and husband.

A bandit got clubbed into space by a giant. RIP buddy. You had balls.

RIP random Thalmor that got killed by a dragon I was fighting. You're the only Thalmor agent I avenged.

RIP Angrenor, Windhelm beggar. Fellow Stormcloak. I received your inheritance and was unable to find your body. You must have been a victim of falling under the map.

RIP Sibbi Black Briar. Shot in the neck with an arrow to send a message to Maven Black Briar and (RP) take over her mead business. Conveniently, he gave me his key to his chest and his inheritance. Milked for all his dough.

RIP bandits at Faldar's Tooth. [&@%!], the lot of you. Sylmirie the mage would especially like to give her condolences to the cheap female you bandits called your "mage". That woman was an insult to magick users everywhere. Sure, you may have been ruthless with your fireball spells...but Sylmirie knows ice storm and take a double on that you [&@%!]!

There is nothing more that personally annoys her when bandits use magick. Just who do they think they are anyways? May your sould be eaten up by the daedra in Oblivion.

RIP Ranmir; he has died in all three of my main playthroughs. Killed by dragons in two of my playthroughs, killed by magical anomalies in my third, he really shouldn't drink as much.
