The Misadventures of Top Cat the Dovahkiin!

Top Cat met with the greybreads. He learned more about his powers. They claimed they would help him master his powers. They wanted him to go get a horn. He went to Falkreath where he met a werewolf. The werewolf wanted him to return a ring to Hircine. He was then told by Hircine to kill the werewolf. Top Cat met up with the werewolf and defended him from hunters. Top Cat then killed the werewolf and recieved armour and the Ring of Hircine as a reward. The armour he was given was weaker than his guild armour so he decided not to wear it. Top Cat is level 6 at this point and has gone to get the horn the greybeards want so he can learn more powers and make a profit from them.

Tylrellius' adventure
Tyrelius, now closing in on the vampires who kidnapped his sisters, is camping out near the cave he vampires call home. While venturing there, a dragon appeared and nearly killed tyrelius. However, he was able to defeat it thanks to the atronachs he conjured before hand. This is close encounter number 12, behind draugr death lords and Mage hideouts.

Scar-Eye is doing great. He is level 11, and has Vorstag as backup in case his stealth attacks don't go too well. Playing realistically as well. Eating three meals a day, no fast travel, and sleeping at night. Currently doing some miscellaneous Dark Brotherhood contracts, and pondering about being proclaimed a Listener by the Night Mother.

Still worried about my equipment though. Still using an orcish and steel dagger.

Captain Irvine and Jenassa are doing quite well so far in their quest for wealth and justice, though it seems that Jenassa is a little unhappy with the justice part.

Currently level 8, Irvine wears theives' guild armor, and wields a single Cutlass named 'Sixth Sea'. He has skill mostly in 1-handed, light armor, sneak, and enchanting. The greybeards have summoned him, and his primary mission is to visit them on top of the 7000 steps. I'll post updates when I see how that goes.

Really sorry about Top Cat! I really liked him. ^^'

Captain Irvine made his way up the 7000 steps and spent a bit of time looking at the grave of Ra'Zhar the Stormcaller, not knowing his significance. After training with the Greybeards, he learned who Ra'Zhar was, and found yet another reason to accept his heritage as Dragonborn.

He and Jenassa, who was becoming increasingly incontent, began their journey down the road towards their next objective in Irvine's training, where they ran into Kharjo, who had been seeking Irvine out after hearing that he was the new Dragonborn. Kharjo offered help, and Irvine gladly accepted, wishing to honor Ra'Zhar.

This is what finally sent Jenassa over the edge; unable to accept that they were going down a road of charity so unlike their ancestors, she grew very angry. Drawing her mace and sword, she lunged out at Irvine, and after a difficult battle, Jenassa laid dead in the snow.

Now, Captain Irvine travels with Kharjo. It is evident that Kharjo feels great guilt over Ra'Zhar's death, most likely blaming himself. Every dragon he sees, he lunges out at with ferociousness and reckless abandon. It is clear that Kharjo wishes to not only kill Alduin; he wishes to eradicate all dragons from the face of Nirn.

EDIT: Found Captain Irvine's Perfect Theme Song.

It was mostly Roleplaying on my part. In reality I just smacked her a few times to initiate a duel to the death.
But hey, it's fun when I type it out like a story.

I'd say every good tale fudges the details a bit, to make it more epic. Which one sounds better:

For no apparent reason, Captain Irvine stabbed Jenassa in the back repeatedly, and she turned to face him, before falling over dead.

Unable to accept that they were going down a road of charity so unlike their ancestors, Jenassa grew very angry. Drawing her mace and sword, she lunged out at Irvine, and after a difficult battle, Jenassa laid dead in the snow.

True enough.

Anyway. Kharjo has brought Irvine to Delphine. Esbern, believing all was lost, retreated from Sky Haven Temple, and now it is up to Irvine and Kharjo to find him.

Irvine is now level 10. He's carrying about 6000 gold; he required 8000 for a house in Riften. He figures that saving the world from Alduin would most likely go hand-in-hand with making more than a bit of gold. So he keeps on fighting, for the land that changed his view on the world, for those he had wronged, for his wife, for the memory of his dead crew, and for the next bottle of ale.

Sythe the former MT assassin had another close encounter with death while on a contract to kill the Jarl of Riften's son after killing him there where guards all around he fought them off all the way out of the city he then ran and ran until he reached a cave he decided would be a good place to stay the night but when he got in the cave it wasn't as inviting as he thought at the entrance he was crouching when he saw a sabre cat lurking about do he hid in the shadows and disposed of it with his bow he then had to fight an Ice Wraith and another Sabre Cat wounded badly but coming out alive he stayed the night in the cave then headed to Windhelm he would have to stay out of the Rift for awhile.

Captain Irvine and Kharjo have arrived in Solitude, pursuing Esbern. Upon reaching the docks, Irvine immediately felt at home; the smell of the sea and ale were like music to his ears. They decided to rest after their long trip, and walked into the main part of the city.

As soon, as the two of them walked into Solitude, Irvine witnessed a man being tried for execution for siding against the Legion. This, coupled with his hatred for the Legion, angered him enough, but when he heard a little girl exclaim "Why are they going to hurt Uncle Roggvir?", he immediately sprang into action and attacked the executors.

Irvine was too late, and Roggvir was cut down in the ensuing chaos. Flying into a rage, Irvine used his full Unrelenting Force shout for the first time, sending two guards, Captain Aldis, and an old woman named Jala, flying against a wall. Only a guard and Captain Aldis survived the full assault from Irvine's Thu'um, and they were cut down quickly afterwards.

A squadron of guards came to subdue Irvine and Kharjo, and eventually they were defeated. Irvine submitted to the court, and was sentenced to execution, for interrupting an execution.

Delphine, however, was able to pull some strings, and got Irvine some prison time instead, as well as making the crime appear as if it were committed by someone of another name. Thus, Irvine would have to keep a hood up when in Solitude, to avoid angering the townspeople with his presence. His one chance at finding a good home by the sea was ruined by his wish to stop injustice. And he had failed at stopping it regardless.

Irvine now sits in a Castle Dungeon with Kharjo, the two of them both guilt-ridden for their own reasons and incredibly demoralized.

Irvine is good but I still miss Ra'Zhan.

I am going to do Dead is Dead style character for Fallout. If anyone else is interested in doing it for any RPG other than Skyrim you can post your adventures in the link below.

I miss him too. At least Kharjo's still here to honor his brother's sacrifice and what not.

I have a last-ditch character just in case Irvine dies, but his identity is a secret for now.

Great Thread!
Just signed up for this - and for my stories :)
Maybe my english is bad at one point or another - it should be okay most of the time.

I started two Characters - one of them Breton and Mage, the other one Dunmer Thief.
Currently playing the Dunmer, so I'm pointing that one out;
Name: Fraren Rothan
Age: 29

Fraren once was a nice guy - but that was long ago..
He worked as a Thief in Morrowind, or what is left of Morrowind, before the Morag Tong discovered his ability to stay in the shadows.
He fullfilled some contracts for them, killing mad Necromancers, corrupt Guards - just some bad Guys that deserved to die in his opinion.
When he looks back, it seems like that's the way they instruct newcomers - by showing them how they kill for a better world.
Of course he never thougt he'd kill for a "better world" - it was all about the money.
When theres a contract then theres a murder, if I dont do it they send someone else.
Soon they gave him the real "immorale" jobs, and he never looked for a reason.
They turned him into a killing-machine.
It would be a long story to tell all - one day he finally managed to see what made him blind the whole time, and so he quit.
Well, you dont just tell them you've got some other Job. You flee.
To Skyrim, under some crates on top of a cart. Everything was well until the Imperials found him there at the border - thats why he was in Helgen..

Im starting right now. Difficulty adept.

Captain Irvine is currently level 15. He and Kharjo have found Esbern, and Kharjo has chosen to stay in Sky Haven Temple, reflecting on his adventures with Irvine. He now wields his brothers' Katana, Dragonbane, as a tribute to his brother's memory.

In the meantime, Captain Irvine has began traveling with Erandur. Their goal is to accomplish what killed Ra'Zhar; finding the Elder Scroll hidden by the Dwemer so that Irvine may learn Dragonrend. We will see if he survives.

That could be irvines death, watch out for those Falmer and Dwemer Centurios.

After being brought to Helgen the prisoners stood in a line to wait for their execution.
Turned out Fraren wasn't on the executing-list. Well, the imperials don't really care - they make the rules, so they are allowed to break them it seems..
After getting nearly killed by the Imperials Fraren got nearly killed by a Dragon - yes, a dragon.
Fraren doesn't have much time to ask the basic questions like "HOW THE F*CK CAN THAT BE??"
He just runs and runs and runs while Helgen is going down in a blaze of glory - and manages to escape.

So, after some smalltalk with another survivor - Ralof - they go to Riverwood where they're greated by Ralofs sister Gerdur.
I'm not a Stormcloak, and I'm going to tell Ralof and his family right away that I'm not a friend - I'll leave them now.
WAIT, a HOUSE? You said a friend of Ralof could use your house and your gear? Oh yeah, I'm totally a friend of yours!
Well, the truth can be hard, so i decided to tell them after a day or two here in Riverwood.
It's really not just for the house, no way. It's totally for the house AND the GEAR!

So, tomorrow I'll leave for Whiterun and tell the Jarl what happened in Helgen. I'm so sure there will be no more dangerous tasks. It'll be all over with that single quest, im sure. I mean, how the hell is that story supposed to continue? Dragonfighting, monks on a big mountain that call for me, an epic battle against a dragon god? Yeah, sure^^!

I stayed up till about 3 AM last night, and a lot happened. Spoilers ahead, folks. Jussay'in.

Irvine and Erandur survived the challenges of Blackreach, albeit barely. The centurions and Falmer gave them a very rough time. Luckily, Irvine had stockpiled health potions (about 50+ minor and about 20 normal) and was able to survive each encounter. By the time they escaped Blackreach with the Elder Scroll, they had 8 health potions left.

Before returning to Paarthurnax, Irvine brought Erandur to the Blades, and had him inducted. He then got Kharjo to follow him to the Throat of the World, feeling that Kharjo should be the one to see Dragonrend learned.

They arrived to the top of the mountain. Irvine used the scroll to learn the shout, and when he awoke from the immense shock, Alduin landed on the mountain and attacked Paarthurnax.

Kharjo flew into a rage and attacked Alduin with his brother's katana. Irvine chose to remain careful, for he was still tired from Blackreach and was recovering from the shock of looking at an Elder Scroll.

The battle was long and hard, but eventually Irvine was able to successfully shout Dragonrend at Alduin, bringing him to the ground. Even when not in the air, Alduin was a formidable opponent. Growing tired of the pain brought to him by the infernal katana that was designed to slay him kind, he turned and lunged at Kharjo, trapping him in his maw and tossing him away like a ragdoll.

Irvine quickly ran to where Dragonbane had fell from Kharjo's hand, picked it up, and drove it into Alduin's side. With a ferocious roar, Alduin admitted to underestimating Irvine, and flew away.

Irvine went to Kharjo, who was bloody and battered. Tried as he may, Irvine's healing powers were not enough to save him. Kharjo, however, took his last few breaths with a smile. He would see Ra'Zhar again somewhere. He trusted Irvine to finish the job for them. Bequeathing Dragonbane to Irvine, Kharjo coughed a last time, and finally died on the Throat of the World.

Paarthurnax consoled Irvine and let him know that though it was a sad time to see Kharjo die, they had to worry about Alduin. Their only hope was to capture an ally of Alduin's at Dragonreach in Whiterun, and for this to happen, a treaty between the Stormcloaks and the Imperials would have to be reached for the time being.

Irvine buried Kharjo next to Ra'Zhar, right outside of High Hrothgar. He took Dragonbane and sheathed it, swearing that it would be the weapon the kills Alduin. He then went to negotiate the treaty between the two factions with the Greybeards, hoping they could come to an agreement.
