Only watched the youtube video. But impressive! :D
I'm going to file away "Look at ThorsHand's videos" in my to-do list when I get home from classes tomorrow. Going to watch your "My thoughts on Skyrim" video now.

It's missing one main thing although I doubt all of Skyrim's forest are covered in snow your vision completely lacks any sort of wintry touches which I am certain are present in Skyrim.

Thats exactly what I was thinking. When you think Skyrim or Nord, your instantly supposed to think of ice and cold.

well I was limited by the tools I had so I decided to make it look good without the snow rather than bad with snow.
Also I don't automatically think of snow ether I think of huge pine forests.

Thats at least the first thing I think of. I mean the Nords Greater Power is "Nordic Frost" and they have a 50% immunity to frost. You have seen Bruma right? The one with a shipload of Nords? Its like ALL snow, and even then the Nords there say "I've moved down here to get away from the freezing cold of Skyrim."

EDIT: Pine trees? PINE TREES? You know what those are also called? Christmas Trees, and in movies are always covered in snow.

Sorry Fist if you do not like it. I was not trying to please people just express my opinion. Also I got plenty of snow outside I do not need lots in My Game. TESV yes Snow in mine not so much.

There's no need for anything other than constructive criticism. Thorshand simply made something and wanted to share it. As he said, he is limited by the tools he uses. So keep it civil. I will not tolerate anything less than civility.

As for pine trees: we have so many pine trees around here. Have I ever seen one covered in snow? No. It never snows here. End of pine tree discussions.

Well I was merely pointing out and like I said I doubt of Skyrim's forests have snow covered pine trees.
Cause where I live 9-10 months the forests atop the mountains are snow less and for 2-3 months they have snow but only at the very high elevations.

The only thing I dodn't like was the player speed. Otherwise it was quite beautiful. +1

Sorry, I really did like it and it is was a lot of Skyrim is going to look like. I was harsh about it, and like he said, he was limited by his tools. I just think Skyrim=Snow, maybe its just me.

Thats a map to skyrim. Your video would be down in Falkreath, while my head is up in "The Pale"
