I've currently played for 16+ hours with my newest character. I have completed the Mages Guild and the Thieves Guild.

Factions:
Fighters Guild: Associate (completed "A Rat Problem")
Mages Guild: Arch-Mage (currently banned from the MG, as the Arch-Mage :P, because I killed Fathis Aren during the TG quest "Arrow of Extrication", funny note: Raminus Polus refers to me in dialogue as "Associate" and Bothiel as "Master-Wizard")
Thieves Guild: Gray Fox
Court of Madness: Citizen (doing the "Understanding Madness" quest right now)

I'm level 12. I want to reach level 30 ASAP to get better quest rewards. I don't need any tips regarding efficient leveling ;).

My major skills are:
Alteration - 57
Conjuration - 64
Destruction - 71
Illusion - 42
Mysticism - 40
Restoration - 32
Marskman - 34

I don't want to continue the MQ in the Shivering Isles because many boss level chests have great level 30+ loot. I also do not want to start the MQ in vanilla Oblivion because I need to reach level 18 first (to acquire Transcendent Sigil Stones).

I'm thinking of joining the Arena and doing some Daedric Quests.

Any tips on quests to do early that have no leveled rewards or boss leveled chests? And how to quickly raise my major skills? I've already created custom spells (Summon Skeleton for 3sec, 1 Magicka cost, etc.).

For the leveled items I've gained so far, my Mage's Staff, Charity of Madness etc.., I'm going to use the console to change their enchantments when I reach level 30.

I don't want to use the Leveled Quest Awards mod because it adds an item to the misc setting in your inventory .

Thanks in advance :D.

I think I'm either missing something or just seriously confused. 6 out of 7 of your major skills are schools of magic and you're having a problem leveling? why? all you have to do is stand in one spot and cast starting spells. for marksman not to get outstripped, just use your skeleton summons for target practice. is there some other issue preventing you from leveling this way?

Ok, few things. First, just spam buff spells or summons as you run around, preferably while holding the block button so you cast faster. That'll help you later. Secondly, two things: First, if you're gonna use the console to alter the things you already got, why not do it for the SI items and sigil stones? Secondly, yes the mod adds an item to your misc items, but it's only needed if you need to change the mod's settings or want to level any items you weren't carrying when you last levelled, and don't want to use a bed in order to do so. So... feel free to stash it or drop it.

Nope but casting spells over and over gets a bit boring, so I was wondering if there are glitches/other ways that you know of.
And Destruction/Restoration level really slowly :(.

But leveling isn't my main problem: I'm just wondering what quests I should do next.

EDIT:
@urthdigger,

I don't want to have to use the console to change 100+ leveled items and I just don't like the Quest Award leveler mod. And it doesn't work for all leveled items.

I'll take a look at that mod again. It would be a pretty easy solution for my problem :D.

EDIT: Problem solved, moved to Archives.
