Hey there, fellow UESPers! It's that time of the year again where we all dress up our profiles to compete for the coveted title of "Lord Spooks"!!! While the spoooky season is just starting, we're already seeing the competitors prepare for the event! But before we can tally the winner in earnest, we must first make it clear who is and isn't competing. So if you want to be added into the running for best virtual Halloween costume, please post here to let us know you are participating!

Note: This is a purely virtual contest. Only costumes in the place of your avatar will count. While real costumes would be neat to share, this isn't what this is for. You could place a picture of yourself in costume in your avatar, but that's about it.

Thought this was a European Union event from the title.

Here is my entry. It has no hidden agenda and merely wants to say hi before it consumes your soul.

I'm Taylor Momsen... Well, I was before, too, but I haven't taken off my costume yet, so I'll wear it another month :p

I am a flower!

I had my entry up early this year but I'm sticking with it.

You may recall how last year, I went as myself (Spaceman) for this. You may also be aware that my main avatar features the one and only "Weird Al" Yankovic.

Well, this year, I've taken it up a level.

That's right, I'm dressed up for Halloween as Weird Al dressed up for Halloween as a Spaceman.

Rammy is coming in for the Halloween season, since evil twins from Hell are kinda sorta scary, right?

The spookiest!

I found it difficult to make the Prince of the Hunt much scarier, so I turned him into a metal head. People are still afraid of metal heads, right?

So instead of having an avatar depicting a costume, I just gave my normal avatar a costume.


Yeah I've used this alternate avatar for years, but dammit I worked hard on it, plus I never actually formally entered a competition with hit so I figured yeah, whatever.

Except last year's and the year before that. Lol
The pumpkin is a classic though, and it wouldn't be halloween without it.

I went with Boomhauer's ingenious bed sheet ghost costume.

When is the deadline for participating?

Until the 21st, voting until Halloween.

We got some Pokemon here doing some potentially sinister things during Halloween. And since I can't get a decent sized avatar for this without going over the restrictive avatar file size limits, here's the link to the full size pic:

I've decided to participate

I'm dressed up as a spooky clown dressed up as Santa. I decided that this would be appropriate due to the recent clown hysteria.

Just so everyone knows, I will be winning due to me rigg..... riggerously training for this and for some reason, scaring off the poll.
