Man, I don't see any of my genres.
Can't really say I have three, it's more of a four way tie for me between:
Ragtime
Waltz
Pseudo-Medieval (that's a very vague category, I know)
"New age" (though much more specifically a certain type generally common among East Asian and particularly Japanese artists that tends to have clear melodies in contrast to the general minimalist styles of New Age in general)
Occasionally there are video game soundtracks and world music I like.
In general, though, I don't like most genres people would consider mainstream or normal enough, or even genres that are not considered mainstream but still considered modern. Particularly, if it has lyrics and is a contemporary song, 99.999% I won't like it. This is a bit of a problem because people then automatically assume I like classical, but I (usually) find classical as boring as rap/rock/hip hop/techno/K-pop and J-pop/etc.

Genres are either too precise or not precise enough. Here are some descriptions of the music I like, rather:
Alternative
Psychedelic
Ambient
Chillout

Out of the ones given I said Reggae, Rock, and Blues. If Acapella was on there that would have replaced Blues. Acapella is by far my favorite genre. Only as long as I'm listening to a good group that is.

Jazz, Swing, and Classical
I haven't listened to a lot of classical though.
And I always listen to late 40s-early 60s Jazz

Although I am sure some will beg to differ, in my opinion Jazz after the late 60's isn't Jazz at all, it's pop made for the Weather Chanel.

Broadly speaking, 80's hair metal and 60's Britpop are my favorite, though I'm also a fan of 70's singer-songwriters like Gordon Lightfoot and Jim Croce.

Primarily Rock and Metal. Pop is admittingly a guilty pleasure.
