Is celebi have a strategy that it works best with? The only puny sized grass type I've been able to work with was shaymin.

Never used it. I wanted it more for the novelty of it. Never liked the Onion Fairy much.

On another note, can we talk about how [&@%!] the Battle Maison is? Seriously.

I have never even fought in the Battle Maison. Pretty crap rewards.

Oh god, don't even get started on how much npc's cheat in Battle Maison. It's [&@%!] ridiculous, if they aren't using choice scarf's then they have ridiculously buffed stats.

If they're not using choice scarves, they're using bright powder or scope lenses. It's [&@%!].

The worst was when an NPC hawlucha knocked out my friends mega blaziken with a single brave bird and outsped my garchomp when it wasn't even scarf'd.

Hawluchas. Man, those things are evil.

The thing is that Hawlucha's speed is lower than Garchomp's, hell I'm sure my IV trained Garchomp should've been faster than an npc Hawlucha.

The Purugly that that one chatelaine [&@%!] uses is such [&@%!]. There is seriously no way that fatass cat is outspeeding my EV-trained, five [&@%!] IV Infernape. If that weren't bad enough it uses hypnosis and then spams dream eater. I've never wanted to throw my DS as badly as I did during that fight.

Ugh, the chatelaines were lucky kills for me, if they weren't scarfed they were pulling critical hits out of their ass, it's a sad day when the purugly you mentions gives a 5 IV mega gardevoir a run for it's money. The way there was bad enough, I had to convince a friend to do multi battles with me because playing by myself was just frustrating.

Now you understand what an NPC feels like when our Pokémon wipe the floor with theirs....

outside of the fact they exist to be farmed for experience points and never seem to move from one position, most people playing fairly aren't using unnaturally buffed pokemon with choice scarfs and somehow landing a critical hit every other turn.

Well, now I'm certainly interested in obtaining a 2DS or 3DS, or something. X and Y almost pushed me into buying one, but it wasn't enough. This may well be the tipping point, but I do not have the funds currently, so I'll have to see. It's exciting though.

So we're having a pokemon tournament at my college, and I'm the flying type gym leader. Any suggestions for the name of my gym badge? I was thinking "Wing Command badge" or something like that, my theme is air force inspired so I put together a team based on different types of military aircraft, but I want to hear everyone's thoughts.

Cool! What pokémon do you have in your team? My guess is Skarmory and Braviary.
