I was around for about the latter two thirds of the old thread. Not many of the people who were posting when I started are still around actively now. (The forums have definitely quieted down since then, and probably won't become that active again until TESVI comes out.)

Awww, I miss the old thread, this one doesn't look the same. It looks all clean and shiny, with non of the wear and tear that shows it's been used and loved.

I may need to buy a new iPod, since mine has either been lost or stolen. I'm not really looking forward to spending that kind of money, but mine was 5 years old and ready to be replaced sometime soon anyway. Just sucks that it has to be now. Hopefully I can find mine, but it's been 3 days and no luck.

Mine's been around for nearly 3 and a half years and it's still going strong - although I have only about 350 MB of free space left (it's the 8 GB model, so I guess it's good that I have any space at all). I hope yours turns up eventually, scribbane - I know I'd hate to lose mine all of a sudden.
