Seriously. And I didn't see any hints of plumbing in TES ... like sinks, showers, toilets

Alteration magic at its finest i suppose. Well whiterun has sewage movement systems but there is no sewage so maybe its a rome style thing where it just flows down the side of the street.

The Night Angel world sounds cool also, I wonder if I will be lucky...

TES and plumbing? Only place I ever saw a toilet is in Embershard Mine where there is a bucket in a hole. TES the ideal destination for anybody who wishes to die of explosive dysentry.

Yeah, it'd have to be the Firefly universe for me. Seems like it could be fun to herd cattle with a spaceship.

Beagles. Next time, let's try beagles.

Hmm... good question... I'm tempted to say Fallout because I love the games even more than the Elder Scrolls Series but in reality it wouldn't be much fun trying to survive everyday. Eh, maybe The Gundam universe to be honest because I just love mechs and have been a fan of the Gundam series for over a decade and Char Aznable is one of my fictional idols.

I would have to go with one of three: Fallout, TES, or StarWars...
First two are self explanatory and I just really like StarWars.

I seem to recall that they have smallish droppings?

Maybe she meant bagels...

(oh, and Scrib, you get +1 awesome for, y'know, having taste)

To be consistent with my other Fictional answer I'd have to say Nolan's Gotham City. And Bane-me would've done things a little differently...

/edit

(people living in middle England can still commit ritual suicide out of shame, right? I can't believe DS and frikkin' Scribface tagteamed a Firefly reference that I didn't get... Ricky? take my title away!)

Does the Shivering Isles count? If so, there. I probably wouldn't care about lack of plumbing if I got to use magic and live around mushroom trees and have that beautiful multicoloured sky above :D

I'm going to have to say either TES, Star Trek, or Pern.

There are so many things that I would want to see in TES that I'm fairly certain I could overcome the lack of plumbing and technology in order to study those things that have caught my eye. Heck, I might even choose to become a Vampire. It all fascinates me.

Star Trek? Me being the nerd I am, I couldn't possibly resist the ability to travel at warp speeds, or have access to transporters and food replicators... But quite possibly the biggest thing here would be the ability to explore strange new worlds, seek out new life and new civilizations and to boldly go where nobody (here) has gone before. Thought it's doubtful whether or not I'd be able to get into Starfleet.

Pern?
Dragons.
What else is there to say? While I could certainly live without the threat of Thread, I would like to have the chance to experience life in a Weyr (preferably Bendon). Even if I were a simple cook or something. But the chance to Impress a Dragon hatchling is one I would find very attractive. I doubt I have the mind of a Dragonrider, but the Dragon chooses the Rider.

The Futurama universe would be hilariously chaotic. My pick.

I think I've changed my mind. I think I'd like to live in the Scott Pilgrim Universe.
It's just like ours, only more awesome.

Mushroom Kingdom. No world endings, just goobmas and Bowser capturing Peach (which I don't care about)

Does wanting to live in the world of Negima! count? I think it'd be cool to attend Mahora Academy...

Living in Tamriel sounds fun too, but it would be hard to survive.

Maybe sometime during the A Song of Ice and Fire universe, though I guess it would mostly be backwards, horrific, chaotic, and violent. :) Ours is the fury! :D
Maybe during a calm period in the Star Wars universe, I've always been partial to KOTOR but that wasn't exactly a calm period. :P

In the Elderscrolls universe if I could be a Altmer conjurer with the spell to banish stuff then no need for plumbing.
Anyone else think its just wrong were basing our universe to live in based on plumbing?

I pray to FSM that you've watched at least one documentary on North Korea before posting that.

I'm thinking that living in the DC universe would be hell. --In a world where the police and military regularly depend on tight-wearing vigilantes to do their jobs for them...Not to mention that the criminals would ADAPT. Kryptonite bullets. More guns. More men. Maybe some target practice. Then the whole world would be run by gangs. Uhh, no thank you.

(Well, or by whatever supervillain comes out on top. Still...)
