Kanto has Moved On.
The Humans have stopped catching Pokemon.
All now Roam free among Kanto.
The Legendaries now keep order among the Pokemon, solving random disputes and whatnot.
A Covenant was forged between the Legendaries. Never kill another Pokemon unless necessary. Never harm a human unless absolutely needed.
But the Covenant was broken. Two Rogue Legendaries and three unidentified Pokemon started murdering helpless Pokemon. They burned down Human cities.
The Pokemon world was suddenly in shambles. The Pokemon were powerless against the Rogues. How could mere grunts destroy god-like Pokemon? The Rogues were 10x more powerful than they were originally. The Legendaries knew something had to be done. An Alliance was going to be formed. All of willing Pokemon to fight the Rogues. But how would they all defeat a powerful Trio? Entei and Raikou had to be taken out.
ROLEPLAY
Your Pokemon (You are not a trainer, you merely pick one Pokemon) must fight off the hordes of enslaved Pokemon to the top of Mt. Moon and the center of Veridian Forest. Your Pokemon can be anywhere from Generation 1 Charmander, to some sort of Legendary.
Include why your Pokemon is involved in the battle. Every now and then they can achieve something great. You decide!
Like the Demon of Knowledge, there can be "Side-Conflicts" (An illegal poaching ring, some Pokemon war)
Is your character experiencing a personal crisis? Is he/she having some crisis?
BASIC RULES
You create a Pokemon. These Pokemon can be anyone from Generation 1 to the end of Generation 2. It just fits Kanto a little more. If you do want a third Gen. or higher, ask me and I'll let you know if you can use it or not. You can use a Legendary, but only certain ones. Those would be:

Ho-Oh
Celebi
Latios
Latias
Rayquaza
Kyogre
Dialga
Palkia
Why is this Pokemon involved in the battle?
Do they become a well known hero, or just stay in the shadows?
SPELL NICELY!!! Small mistakes are fine, but don't use grammar and spelling like a two-year-old (Some Pokemon's names are hard to spell. This is understandable.)
ADVANCED RULES
Expect your Pokemon to get injured! Your Pokemon can and will get severely injured, and could possibly die (If this happens, create a new character or figure out a logical way to bring them back)
DON'T BE A GOD!!! I know I give you the option to be Legendary, but you're not God. You can't just say, "I kille Soocune i wiins."
I AM GOD!!!! I will every now and then add a twist. I could severely injure your character. Maybe your entire race goes extinct, or I kill off your family. Maybe your character unfortunately dies. Or what if something good happened? What if your character becomes leader of the Alliance? I DECIDE THIS. You cannot post, "He became leader of the Alliance", but you can say that the current leader is in dire jeopardy...
IF YOU TURN OUT TO BE GODLY, I will make something very unfortunate happen.
NEVER post the end of battles. I decide this. Describe them very well and thouroughly but don't give the ending. UNLESS it's a small one-on-one battle.
THE OTHER CHARACTERS EXIST! This is an Alliance, so you all work together (Unless your separated)
You cannot be Reshiram and Zekrom and Kyurem. They all play signature roles and must not be used.

STARTOFF
Latias and Latios sat upon the mystic Mt. Moon Square. The moon was exponentially large, and Latias was concerned.
"Something is wrong" She mumbled to Latios. "Can't you feel it?"
"Yes, Sister, I do."
Just at that moment, Entei and Raikou approached the two.
"Evening." Darkly muttered Raikou.
"Raikou? Entei? Why are you here?" Latias was growing strangely nervous, she saw the red in Entei's eye.
"E-Entei? Are you feeling all right?"
"Better than ever, Latias..." At that moment, Entei released a harsh fireball into Latios' chest. He let out a terrible cry, and rolled down Mt. Moon.
"Latios!" Latias cried out in fear, and eventually engaged after him.
"Entei! Follow her!" Raikou yelled, as Entei jumped down the mountain after the two. He reached close distance with the fleeing Latias, and she cried out,
"You don't need to do this!"
"Apparently, I do." He blasted a huge billowing flame into Latias, and she collapsed into the nearby bay.
Latios continued to roll down the mountain, and eventually impacted at the base. Latios saw two large objects in front of him. They seemed to loom with satisfaction over him. One was an unbearable white. The other was a near midnight black.
FINAL WORDS
Make a starting story for your Pokemon (This was not my Pokemon, just an intro), and then start on your adventure!
Anyone can join at any given time.
The games' mechanics do not apply here, so no "I have high defense" talk. If you saw a Pokemon battling another Pokemon in real life, describe it like that.
I will pop in every once in a while and add a twist, like I said. I will hurt your created characters. I may send them on a mission. I may have them incapacitated for a while and force you to make someone new.
YOU CANNOT kill characters on your side, nor can you decide if something major dies at all (Unless you're battling some small Poke-slave, then it's fine to say you killed that Pokemon)
