LOTR-ELDER SCROLLS STYLE!

STORY

In the beginning of Tamriel's Fourth Era, there came into power the Imperial Sorcerer Ragnarok. He imposed his iron will upon Vvardenfell, enslaving most of it's populace, and corrupted the Empire within so it became sick and evil. But soon Ragnarok became old, and weak: he knew that he would soon die. Unwilling to surrender his power, Ragnarok created a Ring, forged in the fires of the great Idirsholan. Into the ring he poured all his power, so that as long as he wore it, he would be immortal.
After one hundred years, an uprising of Redguards, Orcs, Dark Elves, and Argonians attacked the Emporer's palace. One knight attacked Ragnarok directly and severed the hand on which the ring was placed. But the Imperial Army overwhelmed the resistance, and they escaped with few men left. The knight bought the ring to Summerset Isle, home of the Altmer and the last great home of free peoples. The lord of the Elves, Gandril, called nine of Tamriel's greatest heroes to his council...and it is here that our story begins.

Name: Shows-His-Teeth
Race: Argonian
Age: 29
Class: Hunter/Survivalist
Weapons and Armor: Hardened leather curaiss and greaves, with dark gray fur vambraces and boots; woven shawl and several beaded necklaces; wooden-shafted spear with hooked tip, curved-edge shortsword with heavy pommel and decorated handle.
Backstory: Shows-His-Teeth was born and raised in the swamps of the Black Marsh, son of a pair of farmers. He loved exploring the caves, swamps, forests, and marshes that were presented to him by nature. He developed a keen sense of direction and survival, and his hunting skills with the spear became admirable. Once he had come of age, he said goodbye to the small village of his childhood and traveled all around Tamriel for several years. He became aware of the current Emperor's cruelty and so joined the uprising against him. He took part in many hit-and-run attacks, and was one of the many who stormed the palace. Now he has been summoned by the Lord of the Elves...

Name: Xander Farseer
Race: Dunmer
Age: 37
Class: Witchhunter

Backstory: Xander is the son of a Dunmer knight of House Redoran and a Breton sorceress. Neither strong enough nor intelligent enough to be either of his parent's professions, the young Xander practiced the arts of Witchhunting, tutored by both parents. He has defeated many necromancers in his time. He is a great deal more tolerant of other races than other Dark Elves, and thus is respected deeply by the other races.

Name: Lielle Roques
Race: Breton
Age: 35
Class: Witch
Weapons and Armor: Black and burgundy dress (uses the forces of magic as a weapon)
Backstory: Lielle was born in the outskirts of Cyrodiil. As a child, she was granted two extreme gifts which aided her in her growth - beauty and brains. But she learned to use these tools a different way. During her teen years, after the death of her parents during a bandit raid, she became deeply involved in witchcraft under the guide of her great-aunt Patricia. She has continued using this dark form of magic to this day. She believes that witchcraft is misunderstood, and that not all witches are evil. She does, however, dip his fingers in the ways of necromancy often, and has two Imps of which serve her as though she is their patron goddess.

One notable invention of hers is a potion that permanently preserves the youthful appearance of the one who drinks it. She has used this potion on herself. Although she is thirty-five years old, she looks as though she is in her early twenties.

Name: Gardred
Race: Bosmer
Age: 26
Class: Woodswoman
Weapons and Armour: She wears a specially enchanted set of light Elven armour made for her by an Altmer master enchanter. It is lighter and stronger than normal elven armour, and also appears less bulky and more clothing-like than the standard set, and has very earthy colours. She has a frost enchanted Glass bow with a quiver of elven arrows, and a small Glass dagger.
Backstory: One of the most prominent woodsmen in Valenwood, Gardred proved her value to the nation in a very short amount of time. Following the Empire's success in corrupting the nation, she went rogue and refused to answer to the state, becoming something like a Robin Hood for the people. After Valenwood began to be occupied and all her fellow outlaws were captured, she has retreated to the meeting. Her recent escape has given her a burning hatred for the enemy.
She is slightly taller than most Bosmer, and very pretty. She is a very skilled shot with a bow, and has in the past tapped into some druidic magic. She is an extremely fast moving scout, and a good fighter.

OK guys. Remaining races-Orcs, Nords, Redguard, Khajiit, High Elf. We need more warriors, one pure thief and a very old wizardy-character.

The Altmer high king stood on his balcony, watching the forests below. They were coming. He had best greet them.

The altmer walked downstairs, dressed in a long red robe, his silver hair trailing out behind him. An group of guards awaited him there. They trooped over to the entrance all, where they awaited the arrival of Tamriel's greatest heroes.

Spoiler:
One at a time if'n ya please.

Matthias approached a young Altmer, this was probably the man who called him.
"Sir, my name is Matthias, i am the finest warrior you shall meet." Matthias gently said to the Altmer.
"What is the assignment in which you have called me?"

The Altmer king bowed his head.
"Greetings, warrior. There is much to discuss."

A gigantic ball of pure water levitated into the room, smashing through the doors. The water rushed in its spherical patterns, hiding the identity of the woman it concealed. In a matter of moments, the water relaxed, falling to the floor. A redheaded woman with bright green eyes, each of her hands held by two Imps that maintained her levetation, lowered to the floor. When her feet came in contact with the door, the Imps let her hands free. She was completely dry, which was odd considering that she had been concealed within a giant ball of water moments before. She giggled as the Imps flew above her head, tickling her neck and playing with her hair.

It was dramatic entries like this that she enjoyed. She often entered a scene with a bang. This entry was useful, as it exemplified her great magical powers. "Greetings!" she said with a calm, ladylike tone to the Altmer. "Lielle Roques - a 'mage' of some sort - at your service."

Shows-His-Teeth had entered the magnificent building, and was approaching the wonderfully dressed Altmer King, when a strange interruption entered the room. He leaned against the doorway as the woman introduced herself, evaluating both her, and the warrior who stood near the Altmer.

"I assume you are part of the group, mage. My name is Matthias." Matthias introduced himself when another man walked in.
"Greetings? My name is Matthias, friends"

Shows-His-Teeth nodded towards the warrior Matthias, and towards the mage. He then stepped in front of the Altmer King, and kneeled in respect. "Your majesty," he turned his head slightly. "I am Shows-His-Teeth. I recieved a message, I'm sure you know that." he said politely.

Gardred entered the room. Her armour was still stained with blood and mud after her escape, and she looked very tired.
"My lord," she called to the Altmer, bowing to him, "I apologise that I could not get here in a more presentable state. I'm afraid some of my state's conspirators caught me before I could cross the ocean."

"You have come sooner than I thought," the altmer muttered, standing up(he had been cowering since the mage's entrance).

A deep booming noise filled the area. The doors exploded inwards. Twenty knights in bonemold armor trooped into the room. A dunmer squire stepped forwards.

"Ser Xander Farseer, dragon-slayer, emissary of House Redoran," he announced.

The troop of Knights split down the middle. A Dark Elf in full, enchanted glass armor stepped forwards. He removed his helmet, revealing a handsome face with blue-black hair, scarlet eyes and high cheekbones.

The altmer king smiled. "Ser Farseer. Thank you for coming."

Xander Farseer inclined his head as the guards arranged themselves around the room. They kept casting glances at Shows-his-teeth, but their expressions were unreadable under their helmets.

Shows-His-Teeth clenched his jaw. He had never had a particular liking for the Dunmer, and this man in front of him seemed to seep arrogance from his pores. Interesting that the Altmer King had ignored everyone else in the room, including himself, but had warmly welcomed this "Ser Xander Farseer". Also interesting was the fact that nearly two-dozen armed guards were allowed to enter the castle freely, with their weapons at hand. The Argonian had been forced to surrender his own weapons upon arrival, and now felt strangely naked. He crossed his arms, and awaited the end of the Dunmer's self-righteous display of power, keeping his evaluating gaze fixated on him.

Matthias turned from Shows His Teeth to the guards who had poured into the room. He noticed them staring the Argonian down.
"Got a problem with him? He could rip your face off in an instant. Back off."

Shows-His-Teeth immediatley wished that Matthias had not have said that. It was a bit of an exaggeration anyway, sure, he had his claws and his teeth, but there were many guards in the room. Either way, he had planned to remain polite, and tactful during his visit to the Altmer King.

The atmosphere tensed. The Dunmer clenched their spears, staring at both Matthias and and Shows-His-Teeth. The Altmer remained silent. No-one spoke for several second, and it was the mysterious Farseer character who spoke first.
"Must we go through this every time we see an Argonian?" his voice was calm and quiet, but seemed to fill the room as though he were speaking loudly. "House Redoran do not support slavery, and therefore we must treat Black Marshes' residents as equals. Do you understand?"
The knights stood down, whether because they agreed with Farseer or because they didn't dare contradict him it was unknown.
The Dunmer looked at each of the assembled, then turned back to the High Elf king as he spoke.

"I welcome you all to my council. As you know, we gather to discuss an important matter--the Emporer Ragnarok's power, locked in the form of a ring. Come to the chambers now."

He turned with a sweep of his robe. The Dark Elves made to follow him. Farseer held up one hand, stilling them, and allowed the rest of the party to continue first.
