On a calm, early morning, the same message was delivered to The Reach, Falkreath, The Pale, and the Rift.

Greetings, various Jarls and Leaders of Skyrim.

This is a public notice that the holds of Winterhold, Haafinheim, Nortshore, and White Hold will be participating in the attack of Eastmarch, lead by the noble General Astigar of Winterhold and the Arch-Mage Javiel. Do not interfere with our attack, or else you will become a target yourself. This is not a threat, this is an absolute fact and a warning.
