Last I checked 'Add A BBcode' was in the ACP. I think BBcodes are more important, ugh... smilies...

They are in the ACP. We have to had to get new special admin privileges after the upgrade. We actually LOST powers. :Angry:

But they're very specific, and smilies isn't one. I don't think we really need to be editing smilies, anyway.

Oh.. and adding :/ wouldn't change the links, I don't think. Only if we used *:/* as wildcards. Otherwise it's specific.

Just do what I used to do..
Find a good smiley you like and learn the link or whatever, then put it in [img] tags.
