Oblivion Patch 1.2 isnt working!!!

Okay, this is getting ridiculous, nothing is working!!

I downloaded the 1.2 Patch, and I started it up so my version would update, but when i do it it says 'Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match.'

What is going on!!!!!!! Everything that can go wrong is going wrong

If you have Oblivion GotY, then you do not need to install that Patch, as it is already 1.2.0416, which is probably why you are getting the "Old file not found" message.

Since you just got your M15, then you probably have Windows 7, so check this out. It may be why you are having the issues.

My game is Australian, so would i download the US Patch? or the euro patch?

Do you have Game of the Year, if so, you don't need it.

Otherwise, it would be this one: OBLIVION UK/EUROPEAN/AUSTRALIAN PATCH v1.2.0416

oh my god im so stupid, i just solved the problem by installing disc two, i didnt think i had to do that until i wanted to play shivering or knights :roll:

Australian games use PAL which is European

Im having the same problem with the shivering isles patch. Is the patch allreaddy in the shivering isles disc?
