First of all, welcome to the forums :)

Secondly: it seems that the file has been set as hidden by its owner, which means you won't be able to download it. I've never used that mod, so unfortunately I can't help you out beyond that.

It comes from viewtopic.php?f=10&t=9937. It's a command to join "a faction", probably some mysterious necromancers.

Turkman, you can't get the mod from TesNexus while, like Leilah writes, it's hidden. You may find it in some other forum, or with someone who has downloaded it --- I don't think there are any legal issues here? Leilah?

You could perhaps start by approaching members here with PM, in the above mentioned topic. And, at least when it comes to Forums, you need to know the name of the mod, or the name of the file, or the name of the maker of the mod.

Best of luck! :)

Usually when a person isn't distributing their mod there's a reason for it, and I find it best to leave it alone.

Hi, Turkman, and welcome to the forums. Always good to see new members.

Are you typing the command like this...

"player.setfaction 0000c0f2 1"

or like this?

player.setfaction 0000c0f2 1

The last one is correct. Oblivion won't understand the command if you enclose it in quotes " ". People put commands in quotes to separate them from text, to tell you that everything IN the quotes is part of the command. You're not meant to type the outermost quotes as well.

I suggest you read the following UESP Wiki pages for more info on using console commands...

Console
Console Command Tutorial - Notes section is useful.

Hope this helps you.
