Because they're cooler than ninjas. Now that that's out of the way...

I've had plenty of fun with my pirate character in 360 Obliv. Now I have it for the computer, where I had heard glorious tales of pillaging. Well, I actually heard of a decent drive(?)-able boat and outfits specifically for the pirate in me. However, I'm having trouble finding any of these. I'm not sure if I was just misinformed, or if TESNexus isn't a good place to be looking, but I was going to ask you all if you had any ideas where I could find to quench my (salty) thirst.

Hrm...

I think I have a problem now. I downloaded the Bella Moretta, Pirate Isles, OBSE, and OOO. I can't start a new game in (When I click new game, then yes, nothing happens), and I can't load an old save, or it crashes. Am I doing something wrong, or are these mods clashing?

EDIT: Also have Borderless Cyrodil.

I do believe it's clashing. I haven't tried any of the mods myself, save for one of the steerable ships.

Try activating one mod at a time.

Alrighty, thanks. I'll edit this when I'm done.

EDIT: Removed each of them, tried different combinations, etc. Even with all of them removed the game crashed when I tried to load a new character, and wouldn't let me start a new one.

EDIT 2: Alright, I ran nothing but Oblivion.esm, and it works. I'm on Steam + All DLC, if that makes any difference.

Do you know where they are? I was unaware there were unofficial patches. I'm new to all this, haha.

EDIT: Tried again. I can't use Pirate Isles with Borderless Cyrodil+Oblivion.esm, but I can run BC with the .esm. However, with the DLC, I can't run anything.

I think I've isolated MathFunctions to be the clashing file. It won't work ever. All the other mods work, save the ones that require MathFunctions.

mathfunctions requires obse, oblivion script extender. Google it for a download.

Dunno then, only other thing would be a conflict in your load order but that's unlikely with something like math functions.

Umm... the only thing I can think of is you might no be starting Oblivion using the OBSE. You need to use OBSE.exe to start it or your OBSE mods won't work. You might already be doing this, in that case, I'm out of ideas.
